MaryJane's 4th of July Farm Fair

Can You Hear That?
It’s the ROAR of the 1920s returning to the Palouse!

Boogie on the Buggy

Jill Townsend of Hurd Mercantile & Co. in Rockford, Washington, is one of the stops on our Buggy, Barter, and Boogie circuit. Jill comes by the boogie naturally—her grandmother, Georgia Bailey, is the one dancin’ on her buggy.

Tune up your buggies and prepare to BARTER up and down the Palouse, stopping long enough to BOOGIE to big band music at MaryJane’s Historic Flour Mill in Oakesdale, Washington. You’ll take in breathtaking countryside and quaint communities along our designated route, which starts and ends in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho—home to a shimmering crystal-blue lake with white-sand beaches and the new MaryJanesFarm store. The warm welcome you’ll receive along the way will make your buggy ride unforgettable. As you meet up with other farmgirls and their kin to play old-fashioned lawn games, ride horses, eat, boogie to flapper music—and shop ’til you drop for farm collectibles, whimsical crafts, furniture, and what-nots too numerous to mention—you’ll take home the kind of memories and acquaintances that will last a lifetime. Dress code: Roaring ’20s!
